If I gift an amount that doesn't match one of your set packages, what happens?
No problem at all. The amount becomes credit towards whatever suits the recipient best. We'll work it out with them personally at their viewing appointment.
Can I gift to someone who has already booked a session?
Yes, of course. The gift card value becomes credit they can use towards their images at their viewing appointment.
How long does the recipient have to use the gift card?
They have 24 months from the date of registration to book and complete their session.
Can I purchase more than one gift card for someone?
Absolutely. It's a great option for group gifts or when a few people want to chip in together, like separate gifts for a baby shower or work colleague.
How does the recipient receive the gift card?
It's delivered by email. You can have it sent directly to them or to you to pass on yourself.
Can the recipient book any session type?
Yes. The gift card works across newborn, baby, family and maternity sessions.
What if the recipient needs to reschedule?
No problem. One reschedule is always free. If the session needs to move due to weather, that's never charged either.
Can the recipient come to a location outside your studio?
All sessions and viewing appointments are held at the studio at 7 Koala Court, Bunya on Brisbane's Northside. The recipient will need to be able to get there.
Can I get a physical gift card?
Yes. You're welcome to collect one from the studio, or if there's enough time before you need it, I can post it out to you.
GIFT CERTIFICATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The expiry date on your Gift Certificate is the date it must be registered by. Your session date can be booked any time within 24 months of registration. Session dates are subject to availability. If your preferred date is not available Natarsha will arrange another date that suits your family. You may reschedule your session one time at no cost. Additional reschedules are charged at $100 per date change. Rescheduling due to weather will not incur charges. All photoshoots and viewing appointments are held at the studio, 7 Koala Court Bunya on Brisbane's Northside. Packages start from $590. Gift certificates are not transferable for cash. Gift Certificates can not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
PRIZES AND BUSINESS-GIFTED CERTIFICATES
All prize giveaways are subject to our standard terms and conditions as listed here. The studio reserves the right to cancel prize giveaway gift certificates or business-gifted certificates (such as from Real Estate agencies) at any time for any reason. If at any time prior to the photography booking the studio feels that we are not a good fit for the client or are unable to meet the client requests or expectations, the studio reserves the right to cancel the session, and is not obliged to honour the gift certificate prize for any reason. Any money paid will be refunded.
